The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to provide a framework for both Business Clients and Talent to connect fairly and legally. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Allowed Conduct
As a managed marketplace for digital services, EqualReach allows and enables users to help clients find teams for their projects, build working relationships, complete work, and make and receive payments for that work. These activities include:
- Communicating and collaborating with other users in a professional manner
- Providing and receiving feedback on completed work
- Completing projects within agreed-upon timelines and quality standards
- Making timely and fair payments for services rendered
- Respecting intellectual property rights and not infringing upon the rights of others
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to freelancing and project execution

Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Our Rights. All rights, title, and interest in and to the EqualReach platform (including but not limited to the software, source code, algorithms, databases, user interface, workflows, processes, designs, trademarks, and content, whether registered or not) are and will remain the exclusive property of EqualReach Ltd and its licensors.
- Limited Licence. EqualReach grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of engaging in projects as permitted under these Terms.
- No Copying or Replication. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform, nor may they attempt to replicate or build a competing service, without prior written consent from EqualReach.
- No Reverse Engineering. Users are expressly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform, or attempting to derive its source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms.
- No Poaching or Data Extraction. Users may not use information gained through the platform (including details about our technology, workflows, or user base) to solicit, poach, or otherwise divert business away from EqualReach or to aid in the development of competing services.
- Ownership of User Content. Users retain ownership of any content or work product they create and upload, but grant EqualReach a limited licence to host, use, and display that content for the operation of the platform.
